With the Lunar New Year of the Horse approaching, exciting athletics competitions are still waiting for everyone. From February 6–8, 2026, Asia's premier indoor athletics event — the 12th Asian Indoor Athletics Championships — will be held at the Tianjin Tuanbo Sports Center Indoor Athletics Arena. More than 320 top athletes from 35 countries and regions across Asia will converge on Tianjin to present a showcase of the continent's highest-level indoor athletics. Athletes will compete across the three-day programme. Track events include the 60m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m and 60m hurdles. Field events include high jump, pole vault, long jump, triple jump and shot put; the programme also includes the women's pentathlon, men's heptathlon and the 4x400m relay.
