Chinese male runner Qi Zhaohai and Mexico’s Miriam Morales both claimed convincing victories. In the trail shoe rankings, Anta Champion’s Peregrine series stood out — three pairs reached the podium, claiming half of the men’s and women’s podium places. Salomon S/LAB Genesis and KAILAS FUGA EX PRO were the shoes used by the women’s winner and runner-up.
