2026 Descente IRONMAN 70.3 The Dali leg will take place on September 13 in Dali. The event schedule is as follows. Race-week activities will run from September 11 through September 13 ,covering athlete check-in, the technical meeting, swim practice, equipment check-in, the race, post-race equipment collection, and the awards banquet.

On the course,this race features transition area,位于the Dali International Olympic Sports Center on the west side of Erhai The swim leg will take place in Erhai, with athletes swimming in a counterclockwise direction lap,总距离 1.9 kilometers. Starting in a high-altitude lake setting not only tests pace control but also fully showcases the race's natural scenery.



The bike leg starts from the transition area, and the course is overallpredominantly flat, with good road surfaces and wide-open routes. Athletes need to complete laps of riding, totaling 90 kilometers. From the course information, this route places a relative emphasis on sustained power output and pace management, and the scenery along Erhai Lake will be a major visual highlight during the ride.



The running segment also continues"Dali Scenic Route" characteristic. After completing the first 2.7 kilometers later, will enter theDali Erhai Ecological Corridor. The entire running course is laps set, with a total distance 21.1 kilometers, with the entire route on paved surfaces and overall fairly flat. In terms of aid, the coursehas an 1.7 kilometers interval between aid stations, providing support to help athletes perform.
