Zhang Ting (LI NING) started in 24th place among women; at 23.9K, after entering the Trient CP, she rose to 13th among women. As the race moved into the latter stages she held steady inside the top 20 and finished in 6:57:17 — the first Chinese woman, 19th overall among women, and 99th overall.

Fan Kaili (KAILAS FUGA) 7:10:46 finished as the second Chinese woman, 28th overall among women.

Ren Ti (ACG) 7:51:00 finished as the third Chinese woman, 53rd overall among women.
