On May 16–17, 2026, the HYROX Shanghai stop concluded its two-day program. The elite athletes delivered a very exciting competition. In the women's PRO division, the champion was China's Zhu Fang, finishing in 1:03:47, once again setting the best-ever time for the Chinese women's PRO field. Runner-up was Italy's Sara Gandola, clocking 1:06:01. Third place also went to China’s Wang Yutong, 1:06:51, improving her personal best by 1 second. In the men's PRO division, the podium was swept by international athletes. American Gabe Heck took the title in 56:11. Frenchman Tanguy Cruz finished second in 58:27. New Zealander Dene Flude claimed third in 59:35.
