The women's finish at the 2026 UTMB OCC produced a dramatic final sprint. American runner Lauren GREGORY moved up from ninth at the start, steadily overtaking competitors and by 54.9 km had reached third. British runner Naomi LANG was in first from 18.8 km and led for almost the entire race, but was overtaken by Lauren in the final kilometer.

In the end Lauren GREGORY（NIKE ACG）narrowly won in 6:08:07, Naomi LANG（Salomon）was second in 6:08:10.

Spanish runner Sara ALONSO（ASICS）was third in 6:09:11.
