The women's race at the 2026 UTMB OCC produced a dramatic sprint finish. American Lauren GREGORY, who was ninth among the women at the start, steadily moved up and by 54.9 KM had reached third. British Naomi LANG took the women's lead at 18.8 KM and led for almost the entire race, but was overtaken by Lauren in the final kilometer.

In the end Lauren GREGORY (NIKE ACG) narrowly won in 6:08:07, with Naomi LANG (Salomon) taking second in 6:08:10.

Spain's Sara ALONSO (ASICS) was third in 6:09:11.
