How many hidden athletics‑track gems are tucked into Shanghai’s southwest?

Part 3 — eyes on Shanghai’s southwest corner! Runners from Minhang, Qingpu, and Songjiang, it’s your turn today. No more talk — let’s go straight to the venues. 1. Minhang District Stadium Address: No. 540 Xindong Road, Minhang District Metro: Line 1 / Line 5 Xinzhuang Station Track: 8-lane standard 400 m synthetic track Opening hours: Daily 05:30-08:00, 17:30-21:00 Features: There’s a lot of street traffic and parking isn’t very convenient, but parking on the road near the stadium entrance is free; The artificial turf in the center of the athletics field is off-limits for playing football, so runners can focus on running; The inner lanes are for runners, while the outer lanes are mostly for brisk walking and jogging; There are benches, convenient coat hooks, and secure power outlets by the track — everything you need to rest, hang up clothes, or charge your phone after a run. 2.
