(1) Metro Line 8 Zhonghua Art Palace Station Exit 3 , about a 430 m. Metro Line 13 Shibo Avenue Station Exit 1 , about a 690 m. Metro Line 7 Yaohua Road Station Exit 4 , about a 1.1 km.
(2) Bus 83 , 1049 to the Bocheng Road / Zhoujiadu Road stop, then walk about 64 meters. Bus 1118 , Pudong 98 to the Shibo Avenue / Shiboguan Road stop, then walk about 258 meters. Tourist bus 3 line to China Art Museum stop, then walk about 377 meters.
(3) Participants driving to the event may choose to enter via Zhoujiadu Road E2 gate to access P2 underground parking; Shibo Tiandi underground parking; Shibo Yuan underground parking.
Step 1: Book a time slot——Plan precisely, avoid peak travel
The equipment collection appointment channel officially opened on November 24, 2025 Please log in to the Shanghai Marathon APP or the official website to select a suitable time slot and complete your reservation. To ensure every runner can collect their gear calmly and smoothly, we will continue to use a staggered time-slot reservation system. Please arrive on time for your reserved slot; this will help us create a more orderly and more comfortable on-site environment.
Step 2: on-site flow——Smooth transition from outdoor area to indoor area
This year, race kit pickup will again use an outer-area → inner-area two-zone process
Staff will be on hand to guide you throughout
Even first-time participants will be able to complete it easily
Outside area: present your reservation voucher → verify identity via facial recognition and print your pick-up receipt
Inner area: present your receipt at the corresponding window to collect your bib → complete chip check → collect your race kit
1. For race kit pickup, you must bring the original personal identification used at registration (second-generation ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Taiwan Compatriot Permit, etc. — you must present the same ID as used when registering).
Note: Race kits must be collected in person by the registrant; proxy collection is not allowed.
2.For participants who fail to present and submit the above required materials as stipulated, the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel their entry eligibility and refuse to issue race kits.
1. After collecting your race bib, please have your timing chip checked at the chip-testing area, verify your race number and name, and ensure the chip is functioning properly.
2. Race souvenir T-shirt sizes will be selected on-site when collecting race kit; due to limited availability of some sizes, please understand and cooperate; race souvenir T-shirts once issued cannot be returned or exchanged.
3Participants must collect their race kit within the specified time period; late pickups will not be accepted and will be considered a forfeiture of race eligibility.
4Please keep your race kit safe; you must wear the provided race kit as required on race day. Lost items will not be reissued.
5The organizing committee does not provide mailing services; race kits may not be collected on race day.
