5. In the men's 400 m hurdles final, Henan's Xie Zhiyu and Hebei's Xu Xinfeng ran side-by-side down the home straight; Xie edged it in 49.13s to set a season best, Xu was second in 49.17s, and Fujian's Gong Debin third in 49.47s. The top five in this race all broke the 50-second barrier.
6. In the women's 400 m hurdles final, Guangdong's Kong Yingying opened a lead after clearing the second barrier and held on to win in 56.20s. Fujian's Zou Yifan was second in 57.54s, and Zhejiang's Ding Yirui edged Anhui's Mai Siwei by 0.05s for bronze in 58.07s.
7. In the men's 5,000 m final, 19-year-old Wang Jiahao of Sichuan was the biggest dark horse, running 13:56.22 to shatter his PB—it was his first appearance at the National Championships and immediately yielded gold, and it set the third-fastest domestic time this season. Henan's Chen Zhongping outkicked Yunnan's Wang Chao for silver in a PB of 13:57.97, while Wang Chao was third in 13:57.99.
8. In the men's 110 m hurdles final, Shanghai's Chen Yuanjiang won in 13.13s, a new PB; the time moved him ahead of Liu Junxi to become the third-fastest Chinese man in history in the 110 m hurdles. Shanghai's Qin Weibo was second in 13.39s, and Jiangsu's Zhang Zijun third in 13.45s.

In the women's 100 m hurdles final, Sichuan's Wu Yanni was shown a yellow card after raising her hand to stop the field before the first gun; on the restart she won in 13.12s, securing her third consecutive National Championship title and her sixth career national crown. Tianjin's Wu Anqi was second in 13.32s, Fujian's Jiang Li Yunzhe third in 13.37s.
10. In the men's 4×400 m relay final, powered by anchor Liang Wenqiang's final-100m surge, Sichuan won in 3:03.04. Jiangsu Wolandi were second in 3:03.11 and Guangdong third in 3:03.53; all three podium teams set new provincial records.
11. In the women's 4×400 m relay final, Sichuan's fourth-leg runner Liu Yinglan overtook Shanghai's Zhou Wenyu in the last 100 m to help Sichuan win in 3:33.99. Shanghai were second in 3:34.93, Guangxi third in 3:36.78.
12. In the women's hammer throw final, 19-year-old Zhang Jiale of Shandong won with a throw of 78.64 m, setting a new Asian record.
