Today, NNormal announced the signing of China’s 19-year-old trail running rising star Shi Guo from Bijie, Guizhou. Who is Shi Guo,why is he the first Chinese athlete signed by NNormal? At this year's Chaigutangs 25 km category and the Ninghai Trail Challenge 60 km category, Shi Guo competed wearing NNormal gear in both, and both claimed therunner-up positions, showing solid competitiveness. Worth notingIn the Ninghai 60 km race his rivals include Meng Guangfu, Zhang Huohua, Zhang Sheng, He Fujun, Wu Erqing, and others, while in Chai Gutangsi's 25 km race his competitors are Remi Bonnet, Shen Jiasheng, Shi Aiai, and others.Currently his ITRA performance score is 871, ranked first in the U20 category worldwide. Shi Guo was born in a small mountain village in Weining, Bijie, Guizhou. Several Chinese trail running elites, including Fan Banglin, Shi Aiai, and Zhao Hu, also come from the same place. His sporting career began with an in-school race in middle school. After being spotted he joined the provincial sports school to train in middle- and long-distance running. He later started trying trail running; although it wasn't smooth at first, through persistent experimentation and adjustments he quickly made a breakthrough and went on to reach the podium at two major races, Ninghai and Chaigutangs. As everyone knows, NNormal is the sports brand founded by K Tianwang, and it officially entered the Chinese market this year.
