As an all-around running shoe, ASICS's all-new SUPERBLAST 3 arrives with another evolution. Compared with the previous generation, there are three main upgrades: 1、The upper midsole is upgraded to race-grade FF LEP foam technology for better cushioning and rebound. 2、The engineered woven mesh upper has been tweaked for improved breathability and comfort. 3、The lacing system and heel structure have been optimized to enhance lockdown and comfort. Beyond using top-tier materials, the upper midsole features a clever design. The FF LEAP cushioning material incorporates a diamond-shaped cavity at the forefoot that lines up with a corresponding recess in the outsole below, creating a relatively independent chamber. This produces a trampoline-like effect, delivering a more dynamic, more responsive push-off. The lower midsole retains a thin layer of FF BLAST+ foam to bolster structural support and rebound. Both foam compounds are excellent on their own; together they form a classic combination. Midsole stack height increases from 45mm in the previous generation to 46.5mm while retaining an 8mm heel-to-toe drop, yet the shoe is 10g lighter. Despite the very tall stack, it still feels light on foot. The overall silhouette is more streamlined than the last model, paired with a more distinctive tiger-claw stripe for stronger visual impact.
